we bought a sofa from Conn's a year a go we complain about it not being comfy, they replaced cushions steel didn't help. now customers service hangs up and wont answer phone or leaves us on hold for hours that real good service, trying to get some one at Conn's to fix this is in possible. wanted to hold out and not pay we got letter going to turn you in to credit bureaus they dont report when we pay on time, may we should report them to BBB may be then they will fix it.
