Urgent Maintenance Problem

Hi My name is Pierra Hudson . I ordered a bed from you guys and it got delivered yesterday around 4pm. I was laying and me bed just now and it collapsed. The delivery mens didnt put it up right or the the parts wasnt good. I was laying in my bed then it just collapsed. I need to speak to someone its 2:28 am and this on unexpected-able. Overpaid account

Ive called and left 5 messages with your finance dept. They have yet to reach out to me. I was on a 12 month interest free account, I had my bank issue a check. When they called yall gave them them wrong payoff and overpaid. Now no one will return my call to explain or possibly correct the issue.

Nobody listens, can’t get through to them I no longer have product it was returned to them and I’m being charged 4000$ and it is messing up my credit.

Late charge

DonI was late with paying my bill and it was not my fault. I could not access my money because I needed a new card. The postal service is slow and I dont know when Ill get it. I had to borrow money to pay them and I also called customer service to let them know I would be late. I was told it was okay. When I went to pay they wanted a late fee. I have always paid on time and sometimes went early to pay them. If they cant help customers out then they dont get no more of my business. Imdone

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Poor policies and procedures for defective merchandise. Does NOT want to issue full refund, only wants to replace. Reps are useless.

GE Brand new AC that was dead out of the box. I have been told 4 different stories on how to resolve and the next person tells me that I was told wrong. You cannot get anyone who knows how to do anything other than read a script. They are telling me they will not give a full refund unless they charge me a restocking fee. That's a fee that they should be able to recoup from the manufacturer to begin with. This is a rip off company. Do NOT do business with them

Bad customer service

I have been a loyal customer for the past 7 years.I have spent thousands and thousands of dollars in place and now Im refused credit to buy a $400 mini fridge.the conns here in Yuma Arizona has the worst employees.They either need to be retrained or fired the parking lot in front of this store is always empty.I am surprised this store can stay in business.at least 10 employees are standing around doing nothing.Conns has lost an loyal customer.

I have overpaid on my loan by 1 month. My loan was for a 36 month loan. I paid $210.00 EVER MONTH. I WAS NEVER LATE ON MY PAYMENT, IN FACT I PAID AROUND $5.00 OVER EVERY MONTH THAT I PAID. I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET A REFUND FOR 2 OR 3 MONTH AND I HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT YET. THEY OWE ME ALMOST $500.00. I WANT MY MONEY NOW. I HAVE TRIED TO BE NICE, I AM NOT A HAPPY CAMPER.
