Will not email me to resolve my issue. I did an over payment and they will not return my email on the matter. I can not pay the remaining bills because of the over payment.
They will not fix nothing they sale
Do not buy anything from conns appliances they will stand by there warranty
It's been 6 months, and nothing has been done about fixing my washing machine. The tech came out 3 times; he said the motor is gone in it.
I only had it a year.
Don't buy a GE product. I asked them to replace it or give a refund; the warranty they got sucks.

Regarding account 47384****. I was wondering when my refund is going to be mailed out, since I accidentally made an extra payment on the 4th.

Refrigerator need service
3rd time now seal on refrigerator door has failed. Once conns installed once I paid to fix.
Now again broken. IAlso the drawer came broken and promised replacement never happened. This is the last attempt to resolve this there will be no further payment till its resolved period! INote:its supposed to be rent to own but it seems now you think its a debt.
Good luck with that. Next step it goes on the curb.

Why can i not take advantage of this payment option today?

I had $100 left on my balance. Logged in to pay it and it showed a balance of over $500.
I called a d spoke with a gentleman who told me I had to pay the balance by July 2 so interest was added. I told the gentleman that I was told I had to the end of July. He said he filed an appeal and I had 24-48 hours to call back and find out the decision. I tried calling back and everyday/multiple times a day, the automated system would go through its talk and then hang up on me.
So, I emailed. Now my balance after paying the $100 that I originally owed shows $130.
I cant get anyone on the phone and I have yet to receive a return email. I have used conns for years and this is the first time I have had any issues and cant get a response/resolution.

Desdé que lo instalaron dejaron una puerta mas arriba que la otra y cuando tuve que cambiar el filtro sale que esta una puerta abierta y por ese motivos lo desconecte porque dice que esta algo abuero y por tal motivo no trabaja..asi que no esta trabajamdo y siempre que hablo se corta la llamada.

Had to get my dryer fixed. 250 dollars still paying on it.
Washer acting up. Only owe like 200 left on the two.
They are worthless, and customer service was rude and didn't help me. I realize I didn't take extended warranty on them I figured they would last longer than 2 years.
