When will equeax & transunion be notified that i paided conns off in may?
I have a zero balance on my account & want to see about reopening my account. How do I do that?

I was just told the same thing. Now they want me to email them my credit reports to 'prove' that my account (paid off since Dec. 2022) is still showing up with a $1100 balance. They have not updated my reports since Nov. 2022. How convenient...
I was told it takes 30 days. After I settled my account in Feb 2020, Conns told me it takes 30 days to reflect on your account. However, when my account was reflecting settled in March 2020, Conns reported late payments in April AND May 2020.
