I'm buying a recliner from you that I have not had more than 6 months the scene where the fabric is sewed together the thread is coming apart and it's making a whole I called customer service I called the corporate office both told me that it's not covered under the warranty why is it not covered under the warranty when it's not even 6 months old and the thread is coming apart where it is sold together I would not buy anything from Conn because they do not stand behind their warranty they will give you all kinds of excuses not to fix and if you voluntarily send it back they expect you to keep paying the monthly until it's paid off they have lost their mind I would not recommend them to anyone for any reason they suck thank you and have a nice day
