Conns - Deceptive Pratices

Advanced ReviewerConn's did not call me nor did they attempt to resolve the issue. They proceeded to tear-up my credit instead resolve the issue beforehand.
In an effort to keep my credit intact, I am paying for items damage from the last hurricane with flooding. Although the customer has called several times to make arrangements and payments Conn's Homeplus uses deceptive ways in assisting the customer.
On 05/15/19, I received an email to call customer service stating the following:
Pay Today as your account may escalate further tomorrow.
You owe $ but we have an offer of $ to get you current. Conns 1-80*-898-**** or visit https://paymentplans.conns. We are here to help. Call 1-80*-898-***** to discuss options.
I called the phone number provided and told by Vonn (agent) and Roland (Supervisor) that weren't any options for me. Due to the language barrier, I could not understand what they were saying. Therefore, I hung up hoping to speak to someone in the U.S and again told there weren't any options for me. I explained Conn's sent an email to me this morning stating the above and was told it must have been sent out in error.
I told him it was the same email I've received in the past 5 days.
I asked why you would send the email with options if there weren't any. He could not answer that question.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
