Sales people are fantastic but God forbid you have a problem because customer service sucks cons is the perfect name for this company because they are thieves and *** you. You cannot complain to a CEO or anyone hire then customer service. They will not give you a number and also there are no numbers anywhere. Funny all upper management even the CEO brags about their million-dollar incomes while they *** on their customers. I have spent $10,000 in their stores. NEVER SHOPPED THERE GETTING ROBO CALLS THAT WILL NOT QUIT

I have been getting robo calls and when I call the 800 number they ask my phone number. They have no information on me, but can not stop the calls that have been happening at least 6 times a week since at least March. I have given them dozens of times, dates, and the number they called from but they keep insisting there must be a number forwarded to our number. I have asked repeatedly with our phone company and that is NOT the case. Now they say there is nothing else they can do. I have had the same home number for almost 40 years. It's just my husband and myself that live here and we have never bought anything from Conn's. I have begged them to stop, now they say there is nothing else they can do. They just started calling me out of the blue and my frustration is going thru the roof. Doesn't seen fair or legal someone please HELP

Bought a samsung washer from them a month ago. Washer stopped working, then called samsung and they advised me to contact a local eletronic company for repair.

After contacting them and three attempts at repairing the washer and being unsuccessful. I went up to Conns and asked for a replacement washer and the salesman said we can not do that in the store because that is above the salesmans authority..I then said get me someone with authority to make the decision...The salesman then said I suggest you contact the manufacturer which I already had with no help so far.

Buyer Be Ware!!!! Conns promises the world when buying but when it comes to a problem with the item plan on dealing with the manufacturer instead of Conns

I have had the worst experience of my life at conns..To start made a purchase washer and dryer tv refreg sales lady in shreveport said if you pay it off before 12 months there will be no interest ..that was a joke i tryed to dispute it at credit office after paid them off " I thought" they made me pay interest.I thought was settled. .Went in purchased living room suit with free tv "went out 20 days after delivery " I Took day off from work delivery truck broke down ..Had to take tv back to shreveport manager was very nasty to me ..trying to pay living room suit off within 7months "3500.00 dollars called conns credit now its 4027 dollars ..this is the worst experience ive ever had to deal with..

I noticed my food was thawing on April 30th. Over the weekend I played with the temp but by Monday it had completely stopped working. I called Conn's on the 4th to report it. They sent a repairman on the 5th who determined I had a bad compressor and said it would take 3-5 business days for the part to come in. I called on the 11th and was told the part would be in on 13th. I called on the 13th and they said 15th. I called on the 15th and they said the part was shipped to the wrong location and it would be in on the 18th. Tech showed up on 19th with the part and said his gauges were broken. He then stated he could come early on the 20th but if I couldn't be home, it would be 22nd before he could come back. My husband took off from work again to wait on the Tech. I went out and bought food happy that this ordeal was over. The next day the refrigerator stopped cooling again. We called the tech directly and he said it's the condenser. He apologized and stated he would personally overnight a condenser and be back on 22nd no later than the 25th to replace that part. Today is 27th. NO WORD FROM ANYONE! The refrigerator is now making the same humming noise as it did when the compressor went out. My God! Can someone please escalate this to a manager? I have lost food twice and haven't received any compensation. What's the point in offering an extended warranty when it is not honored in a timely manner? I paid 1800.00 to be *** ed around for a month with a broken refrigerator.

"Conn's" that exactly what they are ***'s

I purchased a Samsung Curved TV on October 2014 as a Birthday present to myself. Made the purchase also got some warranties, and brought the TV home.

I have enjoyed the great picture quality for seven months also making my payments for seven months on time. With a one year finance program that Conn's was offering 0 % interest plus building my fiancee credit was no brainer. With the idea of helping my fiance build up her credit. We both decided to just run our credit and finance the TV instead of buying it cash.

Continued to make my payments with good faith only to come to find out that she was getting any credit for the vehicle, so they just ran her credit for no reason that also cause her to get a hard inquiry on FICA score. We let that one slide then at very last payment that should of been a balance of $250, came out to $301 and some change. I was dumbfounded with the fact that my balance went up $50 dollars. I asked the clerk why my balance went up if i have 0% interest??

He replied that there is some coverage that protects my property form theft or loss. Which I never agreed with nor was I disclose that there would be such a charge. Then I asked to speak to a manager that could answer my questions why is there a coverage on my property when I've finance furniture and TV's in the past and haven't seen any fees like this in the past purchases? He replied "anything over $3,000 has to be covered like a vehicle needs to have some insurance in order to take the vehicle out of the lot.

I replied "I'm not driving my TV on the highway and besides a Dealership gives you the option to get coverage not just put it on the deal with out the client being aware of it'' what if they already have coverage they'd be paying for two things that covers one item, thing, property, etc." That make's no sense! He "Jesse Salazar" apparently rookie store manager from the Conn's location on N.W loop 410 and Evers in San Antonio TX, who was trying to belittle me and was speaking to me in a diminutive matter as if he was better than me. I asked him to *** the fee or wave them. He said he need to see my renters insurance or homeowners insurance in order for them to pro-rate the fee with in 7 day's.

I was furious especially after he told me i should read my contract before signing it. I replied "We could only read so much when you have a manager rushing us because it was closing time". The sale associate should warned me that if I don't present home or renters insurance i would be charge a fee, i would of giving him a copy right there and then to avoid this problem. Not just bamboozle me into just buying the TV asap.

I asked to speak with someone in corporate, he points at a phone then with smirk tells me they are closed. Then I was just to the point of no return. I demanded something to be done. I refuse to pay that fee and just want to pay off the balance i should have.

So may never step foot into a Conn's ever again. He just patronize me, even one of the associate working there threaten me. By saying he would take me outside. As if he could actually lay his hands on me.

Before I left told him this isn't the way you should treat paying customers who pay there salary. Then he threaten to call the police. Told him not to threaten me with idle threats. I feel this is unjust and felt degraded.

I will never shop at Conn's again and would never recommend friends, family or enemies.

To shop there worst experience ever. MP

I took off early from work for a delivery on a mattress we have purchased. Delivery time was between 10:45 & 1:45. Dispatch called and said they are about to pull up. They never showed up, I called to see what was going on and they said nobody was home. *** I said... Dispatch told me "sorry sir you will need to reschedule" after I already took off for this. I told them you went to the wrong house turn around it was not even 1:45 yet. Again see my delivery time! They insinuated that I was a liar and apologize for the inconvenience and they also took pictures of my house to where I had blue trim... Hahaha I don't have blue trim you *** retards. Don't shop here, spend your $ somewhere else that doesn't have lazy *** drivers that lie to cover their *** because they can do a simple delivery!

Conns is the right name for the business. The will conn the *** out of your pockets. When I'm done paying for the stuff I got I will have paid 3,600 for some stuff I could have got at Walmart for 2,400. I will never do business with them again and wouldn't advise anyone else to!

I would advise all military personal to stay as far away from conn's furniture store as you possibly can they are exactly as the name of the says conartist and a slap in the face too our military and this country stay safe and stay away.

It started with the scheduled delivery date and just got worst from there. Scheduled to deliver on Monday, a no show. Call customer service was told furniture not in stock on back order. Waited another week for furniture. Two week after delivery, the back supports on loveseat sticking out the back. Called customer service, waited two weeks for repairs. One month later couch seat caves in, Styrofoam padding in seat cut by support springs. waiting three weeks for repairs. Called customer service was transferred to repair company who knew nothing about the scheduled service on my furniture. Each time Conn is calling about payment for the furniture. Refused to pay until furniture is fixed.

It started when I paid off my account. My money was taken from my account twice. 1,140 dollars taken out twice. Wiped me out and when I called to tell them of the mistake they yeah we see that and we will refund you in 10 business days. I said why can't you put it back just like you took it out in one day! They said sorry can't do that so you will have to wait. I said mean while all my checks bounce and I have not a dime to buy food or buy gas to go to work. They said I sympathize but can't do anything about it. So I called the bank and paid them 20 bucks to stop pay on one of the payments and let the other one go through so my account will still be paid off. the following Monday a girl calls me at work and says ma'am I would like to offer you a settlement on your charged off account. I said What?!?!?!? My account is paid off. She says oh ok. and I said what is going on over there? She says I will make a note of it. So on my break I call her back and say tell me if my account is ok. Did you all apply my 1140 dollars to my account. She says yes and I see you have been in default on your account since last November. Again Im saying What?!?!?!?! I asked for a supervisor and I think it may be ok. She says she got the money and the account shows paid. Lordy I think Conns needs to hire new staff and send everybody to a class to teach them accounting and how to look before they speak and that the shock factor is not always best. My last hurrah with Conn's. Thanks but I think I just need to do without.

Really Poor Appliance Service policy

Bought LG fridge awhile back and have had to call Conn's repair several times. Also came with a cracked fresh drawer and Conn's refused to replace it. Called recently regarding the interior lights remaining on all the time. Was informed that since it was now out of warranty, I had to pay, up front, with a credit card, 89.95 before they would dispatch anyone to look at it. I asked for a manager and the guy (Orlando) rudely continued to ask why I wanted them. I told him repeatedly concerning my business. Finally he connected me with a voice mailbox. I will never, ever, buy another product from Conn's due to the rudeness of not only the service department but also others. I feel they do a poor job of customer service and there are too many other choices to be treated this way.

I have had good experiences in the past .We have made several purchasers from the plano conns store

But this most recent purchase has tested my patience. WE BOUGHT a 2500 $ dollar sectional that has a broken recliner .They sent a repair guy who replaced some parts but did not fix it .So he recommended the couch be replaced .After several attempts to contact them about this there is still no resolve .I am not sure I will ever make another purchase from conns after this .

This incredible. I purchased a washer/dryer needed to return the dryer because of improper electric outlet. This company would not exchange the merchandise..ie I waited to late to let them know. Well, I couldn't get right back my electrian was unavailable. Now I'm stuck with a dryer that I can't use. Brand new...can't use it.

I have bought a 4k 75 inch tv from them and the picture is blurry and out of focus and their service man came to the house to fix it but he couldn't and he wrote his report but still conns won't return the tv

Besides their customer service is terrible and their computer system is out of date it's just dealing with them makes u so frustrated

DO NOT BUY AT CONNS! They fit their name, they are liars and *** artists! We bought a set of furniture, and after being told one lie after another, for over 2 months, it still was not delivered. We bought a camera at the same time, in which 3 people there promised to do the price match for Best Buy @ $200 off, and they never did it. They told us cameras are not included in price matches, then promised to give us the $200 off on the furniture we were still waiting for, and finally told us 10 weeks later that the furniture was discontinued! In addition they told us we could get 15% off the floor set, since now the furniture we have waited for almost 3 months for was never going to come, but now would not give us the $200 already promised on the camera or the interest free because of the discount! Do NOT buy here. Worst company in town. Go anywhere but here. Aaron is the district manager, and biggest liar at the Broadway location. Every word he said to us was a lie or broken promise from day one! Beware of him, and this store.
