I bought furniture from Conn's 18 months ago. My couch has a board in the interior that broke. My recliner I purchased has also broke. I've been trying to get help for 3 months and they continued to give me the run around. Now Im stuck with defective furniture that I only had for a year and a half before it broke. Worst company ever, I have been paying faithfully for over a year and the balance has never changed, and when requesting a payment history or how much is still owed I can never get a response.

Customer service cant do simple math when an account has been over paid. They won't refund the overage, on my account big run around, theyre discusting..will never do business with them again..ill tell everyone I know , biggest rip off ever!!! I went to Conns looking for a red recliner and I found one, it seemed at the time to be a pretty good buy. Well, after only about 4-5 months I noticed one recliner was leaning. I called Conns and they instructed me to call the Service Department so they can come out and fix it. Applied for credit was approved. Stated the paper work and fee after fee was tacked on the sale price of the TV, that really concerned me. The next fee that was a big surprise to me, do I have prove of homeowner insurance on me? I have homeowner's insurance but who walk around with the policy on them. Unprofessional staff and horrible management team at the Dunlap road store in phx. Dont shop there ever. You will have your identity because they get all this personal information about you and leave it completely unsecured. The coperate office in Texas is just as bad. Dont trust these people they lie and *** you at every chance.

Worst experience ever purchasing an appliance! Went to the Greensboro nc Conn store last Thursday evening. Purchased a 4 door whirlpool refrigerator. Soonest available delivery was Saturday afternoon, Okay no problem. Delivery guys wee awesome, but after they got our old fridge out and brought the new one in had the water line hooked up and pushing it into place I stood back to look at it and realized it was only a 3 door! I ordered a sofa Wednesday and they told me it will be delivered on Friday. They called Friday night and said that there's a delay and it will be delivered the next day. The next day, Saturday they said they will deliver it between the time frame of 5:45pm-8:45pm I said okay. I purchased a Samsung washing machine on 4/30/2016. The first one delivered malfunction and another was sent out 2 days later. Have had problems with the machine, like bad load balance even with very small loads and now a part in the doom fell off and they need to order a part to replace the entire doom and it may take a week.
