I have been trying to get My manual warranty for several weeks now. No luck from service dept., which lies about contacting me. I looked at there return policy and noted ... Merchandise must include original box, packaging, all manuals and accessories (value of missing items will be deducted from the credit amount). All free promotional items tied to the purchase must also be returned. Problem is they never delivered the manual or warranty, so of course they won't take it on a return basis. This is the worst customer service I've ever experienced. This problem has been going on over a week and I can't seem to get a single person to help. These appliances were supposed to be delivered Friday but the SalesRep did not include a stacking kit. So they had to reschedule delivery. I got a call to reschedule from Warehouse from Saturday, but I explained I would be working. They suggested Mnday so I agreed and took off work. RE: Conn’s Town East Blvd Mesquite, TX 75150 60” Samsung TV –SN 029Y3CZF300157H $1699.00 before tax & unneeded insurance added on. I purchased above mentioned TV on 4/5/2014 @ Conn’s. We set the TV up to use on 4/7. TV worked fine. 4/8/2014 came home from work turned TV on, remote only partly worked, TV didn’t seem to respond to remote, past turning on. My mother purchased a brand new refrigerator from Conn's in New Iberia, Louisiana in December. Within several days, the refrigerator was no longer cooling properly. She lost everything in the refrigerator. She called the store and they refused to replace it. Instead, they sent out a repairman to fix it. She shouldn't have allowed that but she did. It broke again within days. They fixed it again. She again tried through the store and customer service to have it replaced. She was told no. They "fixed" it again. And it broke again. Conn’s Complaint - September 17, 2013: I am writing to you to let you know why I will never be a Conn’s customer again. There are 2 reasons explained below. Last week, I took in my receipt on a 65” Toshiba Smart TV and HDMI cable that was purchased back in May 2013. I went into the store to return the $79.99 HDMI cable. DO NOT SHOP AT CONNS! People tried to warn me but I didn't listen. They admit to fumbling my account and promise over and over again to make it right, but for a year now, over and over again, they continue to fail. Now, with only $87 left to pay on my $5000 account, they promise to correct the credit that they so carelessly ruined for me for the last 9 months. Pardon me if I fail to show my appreciation. Bought a new rocking/recliner furniture set in Feb 2013, a mechanism broke in one of the recliners in April 2013. Sent furniture back to the store to be fixed, was told they would only have it 2 weeks, 1 month later no one had called me to update me, or return the furniture. Now its July 23, 2013 and the part still has not been bought to fix the furniture, no one calls to do follow up calls. I bought a warranty on my furniture and they will not repair it after a year, it is the CHEAPEST MADE furniture I HAVE EVER SEEN!! They completely ripped me OFF!! Their customer service is a JOKE!!! DO not let them RIP YOU OFF!!! I cannot tell you how pissed I am, I am thinking about getting a banner made to stand out in front of the store telling everyone how they ripped me off and putting my furniture right in front of their FRONT DOORS!! I purchased a refrigerator on 2/16/13. Paid in full and purchased 2 yr extended warranty. On 4/6/13 the refrigerator STOPPED COOLING. I began calling Conns customer service on Monday April 8, 2013. Got worst customer service response I've ever experienced in my life!!! Got put on hold, given the story that report has been taken and a tech will contact me.
