This is the worst customer service I've ever experienced. This problem has been going on over a week and I can't seem to get a single person to help. My mother purchased a brand new refrigerator from Conn's in New Iberia, Louisiana in December. Within several days, the refrigerator was no longer cooling properly. She lost everything in the refrigerator. She called the store and they refused to replace it. Instead, they sent out a repairman to fix it. She shouldn't have allowed that but she did. Bought a new rocking/recliner furniture set in Feb 2013, a mechanism broke in one of the recliners in April 2013.
